Hello! I’m happy to explain how returns work with us. You can return products if they are in their original packaging and unused, and the return is made within the return period. Currently, the buyer bears the return shipping costs.
How the return process works
- Check original packaging: The product must be unopened, unused, and in the original packaging. The return must be made within the return period.
- Arrange return label: You send the package at your own expense using a shipping provider of your choice.

Pack the package securely: Please include the order number and, if applicable, the delivery note. Send the return to:

- Ship the package: Keep the receipt and the tracking number for follow-up.
- Inspection & refund: After receipt and inspection of the goods, we will automatically refund the purchase amount via the original payment method. This usually takes up to 2 weeks after the return is received.
- Important: Only items that are originally packaged and unused are eligible for return. Damaged or opened packaging may unfortunately be rejected.
